To guarantee highly accurate laser alignment, we combine our expertise with the experience of our partner companies. Some of our cooperation partners have been professional experts in the maintenance of marine diesel engines for more than a century, and have specialised in laser measurement in shipping and industry for over a decade. We use state-of-the-art alignment lasers to measure and align machines of various sizes and types, and can guarantee absolute measurement accuracy in the shortest possible time.

 

FIT IN EVERYWHERE: MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS FOR EVERY ENVIRONMENT AND EVERY MACHINE

From the simple to the complicated – our shaft alignment systems are suitable for every area of application and can be mounted quite simply on a variety of machines irrespective of shaft diameter and size. Built-in tolerance checking indicates when the machine alignment is optimum – faster and more reliable alignment is impossible. This allows us to guarantee accurate measurement results and maximum reliability with our laser measurement system even under difficult environmental conditions.

 

SHAFT ALIGNMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND SERVICING

In addition to checking alignment, our measurement systems can also, inter alia, check the flatness of surfaces or the accuracy of bearing channels, e.g. for crankshafts. This makes the measuring system suitable for both new installations and regular servicing. The areas of application can be expanded even further by using the alignment laser’s accessories, e.g. sensors for vibration measurements, including measurements of machine vibration. To document our measurements, the results can be transferred to a PC, saved and printed out.
